I just got a call from the Viper Tech and the General Manager. The truck's engine is going to be pulled and they are going to create it up send it to Detroit and have it rebuilt. They told me that when they did the History background / carfax the truck has set so long on the showroom floor that it just I guess had some weak spots in it. It was not the buyer's fault, David is a great guy and knows what he wants. Hopefully he pick's up a SRT-10. however, it is going to take a month or so to get it right, due to the holidays. I appreciate everyone's support. Oh and it still covered on the originial truck warranty, not to include the platnium warranty i bought extra. Thank you everyone.

What happened? I've been overseas again and catching up on things.
 
Glad to hear you were covered. Hope you get it back quickly. If the guy is still looking there are 2 close to my house for sale, one red 04 with like 14 k miles on it, my buddy traded it in on an03 cobra. Also there's an 05 qc black with 44k on it. If that helps another KY member join the club!

man i had to take my baby to Jeff, a huge piece of the engine was dangling off. So Jeff said that they are creating it up and sending it to Chrysler to re build. where have you been brother.

yea man it was a lucky, maybe when they redo it I might get a couple extra horses

Glad to hear they're taking care of you. I've heard some questionable things with engine failures and warranties. Were you able to convince them to throw some better parts in there while it's apart??

Yes we are Steve I have not forgot bout you. I just had a lot to deal with. I am getting a Bassani Exhaust and Magnaflow install as we speak. i am actually at the Performance shop right now.

We should ride over and speak JLT Performance bout the CAI for the SRT-10 Ram.

I am in SC right now, I rented out my house so i am down here cleaning it and getting parts. Yes we will. I promise you that.

I hope so, the General Manager is trying to push for it. If it take 3-4 months, that is fine. I just want it fixed.

No the Viper Tech pulled it out today and is got created up. They are sending it to Chrysler and they will build right there.
