Some this has been rehashed but there is some good info on the 2008 Viper:



Predicted debut: 6:30pm-8:30pm Monday September 25th, 2006, VOI9 Las Vegas
Start of production (Job 1): January 8th, 2007
End of production: July 2008 (for the 2008 model)
Series: ZB
Models: SRT10 coupe and SRT convertible (+ Special edition models)

New features:

Exterior refresh
8.4L SFI V10 engine replaces 8.3L V10 (650 hp estimate)
High performance alternator
New SRT-10 satin silver badging

Hope it looks better than the current car. NOT that the current car isn't good looking, but it just ain't badass like the RT/10 and GTS cars.:dontknow:

Though, the new coupe is pretty sweet.

I know what you mean, the car is just too "toned down". Just doesn't have that same aggressive look that it once did. The coupe isn't bad though. But still, make it a little more "scary" looking LOL.

That's the tightrope manufactures walk. Change it enough to look new, but not to much to alienate the existing owners.
 
Only visual change on this one will be the hood. the NEXT viper has been dyno'd OVER 725 HP :D :D :D
