About an hour install and very easy. Andy is standup to buy from as well.

These are very easy to install. Rick (PhxPoolGuy) installed mine while I held his beer. When he finished his beer was still cold. My 10 is now quicker & lighter & it looks good.
Worth the $$.

At this point this sale is on hold. Apparently aluminum pulleys don't like to come off a steel damper. If I can get them removed without destroying them I will, if not, the next owners will be happy with their already installed upgrade.
