Is anyone running valve covers that don't have stand off's on them to run silicone lines back into the intake or to a catch can set up?

Just wondering how it would effect a built engine?

The engine needs ventilation. The top of the valve covers are the best place to do that from.

You'll have increased crankcase pressure which is not good. Your rear main seal will be more susceptible to leaking.

The guy making my new covers asked if I wanted to vent them the same as my oem ones and I said no I would do it on my own. I think I may vent them on top or the back to keep the engine bay a little cleaner. I'll do something similar to this but with -10an lines.

I have the same breather blocks on my GTS and they look very clean and factory looking. I have 90 degree elbows on the Ram though.
