vec 3

i have a vec 3 in my truck and i drove it for the first time in about 5 days and it felt like it was slower.
so my question is can the vec drop a program once it has been installed???:dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

I had one on my wheels so it was even unsprung weight. Had to kill it 2 times. No , 4 times.

Have never seen it happen and have been running a VEC2/3 for over 2 years.

Could be bad gas but if you are worried about it, you can always verify/reload the program

I have never had a VEC III drop any aspect of the program. It immediately changes when cards are inserted...and I change the program two or three times a day when driving the truck, doubt that the VEC is your problem...

Is it throwing a code?

DId you by chance try to load a VEC2 program into your VEC3?

no,i bought the truck with the vec in it,but it was a vec 2,so i sent it off to be upgraded to a vec 3 and cleaned up,well when i got it back they loaded a program in it for me,but they told me my card reader was not working and if i wanted to use it i would have to purchase the program so i could hook up via usb to my laptop,because it was not reading the smart cards.
that is another question i have also,i was downloading the program in my laptop today,but after i downloaded the program i went to the truck to hook up via usb to do the driver installation and it is not letting me down load the drivers.need help!!!!:dontknow: :dontknow: :dontknow:

I would not drive your truck until you talk to Sean or Dave.
I'm not sure what program you have running, if any. Haven't heard of this before.

About the driver. What company makes the driver? We/you should start with their tech/help/download page. Download the current most up to date driver. Install it and make sure it properly IDs your serial port.
