VEC3 or NOS

Is anyone running the VEC3 with the meth injection? I want to run either that or NOS, im not sure what route I should go.

Two different applications for something that seems similar.
Meth cools the intake temp and air temp down, reduces detonation.
NOS converts more oxygen for an added bang, increases likelyhood of detonation.

Meth = safety and some performance in Hot wx
NOS = instant HP but you have to be careful

When nitrous oxide decomposes, a single mole will release 1/2 mole of oxygen gas, allowing an oxygen saturation of 33% to be reached. Air, which contains only 21% oxygen, permits a maximum saturation of only 21%.

Used to run VEC3 with Meth and now moving to VEC3 with Nos.

Either way, recommend the VEC3.

Considering you live in FL, meth will help all summer long. You might want to do both.

get both! have a custom VEC tune made for a race gas/NOS/meth and you'll be haulin!

VEC3 by itself, makes a big difference in overall performace. The meth helps out on those hot humid days when you lose 30-35rwhprwhp. I never gained any hp with my meth kit (although I could have squeezed out a few ponies in timing) but I would only lose 5rwhp on a hot day vs 30 when running meth.

Where is a good place in south florida to have everything tuned?

Don't know about South Fl. But if you can't find someone, you can always dyno it and send the dyno (with A/F ratio plotted) to Sean and he will make you a tune.
