Well, the 2010 Race Season is over. We had a great start to the 2010 season, un defeated for more then 1/2 of the year.
Then we started experimenting, different tires, lost 2.
Transmission issues cased one race.
two red lights caused another race. back 2 back red lights!
Some freak WOT issue caused 2 races.
In most the events that we lost, we did "fun" runs after the events and took out the truck that got 1st.. So we always had the power.
During race season, we went through 3 transmissions, 1 Transfer-case and front barrings. Also had issues with rear ring gear loose bolts. We lost one electric water pump, I had to install a factory pump,,, in a parking lot,,, in less then 3hrs'..
We wore really the only MOPAR in the whole event. The sand drags are mostly Broncos and Chevy's. So it was nice to be the different truck, and beat everyone.
My 16yr Son is the driver. Being a gamer, he has a great reaction time. There wore a few races won just by the light.
