I have this last grill kit laying around the shop. It includes the hood scoop vent grill as well as all 4 upper hood grill inserts. I am sorry I do not have any more lower grill inserts 4 sale.
The grill has some wear on it and either needs to be rechromed on the inside fins or powdercoated. Black spray paint will also work fine. The kit does not have any original mounting hardwear but I did find a bag of our original mock up peices. They are not the best quality or the greatest to look at but they will work. You will not see them anyway because they are under the grill.
We will not be making any more grills so this is the last one we have.
