I've seen a lot of Moose, or I guess elk and trolls.. Trolls everywhere (probably some on this site too)... That's... That's a bout it. No reindeer. But during my trip further north this weekend I hope to see and snap pictures of some for ya Mikey.

Here are some more of the recent International Food and Beer Festival in downtown Stavanger.

There was a massive amount of people from all over the world here to check out the sights, sounds and tastes.

All was quiet until I found myself sipping some of these..

And then I found her.. All painted up with only a thong and nowhere else to go..

The other morning I woke up to this cloud cascading down a mountain thinking the weather was going to be bad. But I was wrong..

Today (Sunday), here's the same mountain view from my balcony. I'm sooo determined to climb that sometime this week.

With nothing to do today I stepped outside the hotel apartment so I could head over to Sola Beach to see what's good. Besides, work IS paying me so why not?:dontknow:

Basking in the Norwegian sun turned out to be a good idea instead of staying in the hotel apartment. But days like this are kind of lonely. I just wish I could understand the language around here better, and I do miss my daughter.

Nevertheless, I love my job.

Stay tuned.. I have three more weeks in this wonderland so I should have more pictures. You can see these and more on myspace under screen name.. YOU GUESSED IT.. Venom Power..

No they sure don't E. Those buildings are over 100 years old and served as storage houses for fish in the olden days.

I can't sleep and it's 1:17am here. I have a clear view of the pale yellow cresent moon (from the reflecting sunlight) seemingly rising at a low angle in the north and moving sideways towards the east (it's actually on the other side of the world and it's visible since I am almost on the top of the planet). Also, I can still see the royal blue glare from the sun in the north. This is truly a scene I can't catch on film since I don't have a night camera. It would have been cool to have some friends here with me instead of being alone.

you need to get you a Sling Box ,hook it to your tv at home and you can watch the tube stuff from houston ,,when i had to travel a lot for company it made it a bit more easy on them lonely days stuck in a hotel ,every bit helps,,o ya get yourself an aleinware area 51 laptop like i got ,,you can get one with a 512 vid card in it and can play Any game out there ,,i have cod4 ,sof2 and battlefeild ,on mine and plays as good as my desk top puter

Mikey the weather here is too warm for reindeer. Ever since I arrived last week it's been over 75 degrees everyday. I try keeping a look out for you though. Hopefully the weather will cool down considerably after a rain this week. Then I can trek further up north looking for some. They may be in the wild or they may be on farmland, but somehow I'm sure I'll find 'em..
