"This guy functioned as an interpretor in Iraq on behalf of US forces. It was my understanding that he was also a US citizen that had made the decision to go back and assist coalition forces in aiding the security of his home country. Such men worked at risk of great peril due to the bad guys really wanting to get their hands on interpretors. There were many more like him that I held great respect for, especially those that were US citizens that risked all to go back."
