i printed it out off the computer blew it up and cut it out with a exacto knife

Its called "Fangs". Sneeky Pete was from Gen I and Gen II Vipers, when Gen III was introduced, it became Fangs

when i did mine i just used rustolium or how ever you spell it... get all the bugs out of you fins first then paint it black let it dry then go back with the red

That wasn't the radiator.. It was the AC condensor.. He painted it in truck, unless he has a refrigerant reclaimer:dontknow:
