viper hydraulic upgrade

Besides the slave and master what else is needed? Does anyone have part numbers? I know they have kits but i think i can do it cheaper tracking down the parts.

I dont think anyone but Justin or Roe has the part numbers and they arent tellin

besides it wouldtn be good biz for them to give out the part #'s, they wouldnt sell too much

I tried that, the Dealers are nuts, Justin will take good care of you and you get the right parts the first time.

Dude, the viper hydralics wont work without the proper custom shims. Justin and Roe make these for you when you buy the kit from them. You are getting a custom kit that will work perfectly!!!!

Dont waste your time, buy from them.

hydraulic failure

Stepped on the clutch pedal to shift into 2nd and down to the floor
it stayed? Are there any known problems with these master or slave
cylinders? Hoping its just a cylinder and nothing internal in the clutch.
If I pump the pedal 8 or 10 times I can get it to work, but pedal is
barely off floor. This is on stock clutch. Is the viper setup any better?
or should I just replace w/stock cylinders and line for $99

I know about the shim, theres nothing i cant make it just takes a little thought and effort.

First try changing the fluid...the clutch fluid needs to be changed more often than the engine oil.

It sometimes appears that 'supporting members' get better answers to help me questions.....hint

Its time to upgrade your master/slave cylinder its shot, and while your at it might be a good idea to change the clutch as well if it has already been done.
