Volant CAI cleaning question

I use to own a 2003 Stratus R/T, had a K&N cold air intake and bought the recharging kit (cleaning kit) for it but never used it. I sold the R/T and bought the Ram SRT 10, put a Volant cai on. I decided to clean and oil the filter with the K&N charging system yesterday (only because I still had it). My question is, Using the K&N cleaner and oil will not harm the Volant filter or truck?

The cleaning kits are basically all the same, you should not have a problem with it causing damage..
