volant cai price

i have shopping for cold air intakes system and found mixed reviews about all, but i am thinking of going with volant's setup. i found one on 4wheelonline.com for $359.99 ,free shipping ,but tax may apply depending on state. i thought i would share this info.

You can also get for a similar price the CAI with oil catch can from JMB, custom powdercoat color added as well. Just a heads up.

I have had both of them on my truck.Just switched over to the jmb with catch can.really like the looks of the jmb.Both are good CAI.The volant seemed a little louder probly due to the big box the filter sits in.Scoop was so,so on the volant.Just did'nt like the way it looked.Seem to work o.k.If I had to choose I would take the JMB but both do the job.

The volant has mixed reviews from alot of people. From what I gathered. The volant works better on a quad cab vs. std cab. I bought a used one from someone who went supercharged. I can honestly say that I noticed a difference on my QC.

P.S. keep checking the for sale section unless your in a hurry.

How could that possibly be so? Same engine, same throttle body, same intake, etc...
