i know it was not cheap when i bought it, about 4 yrs ago it think it was like 700 +/- $ and there still like 545.00 $ today .... i think it a pretty good deal,... well see

I like the JMB alot, much more custom and better on the apperance than any of them...but i have always like volant, i have ran their kits on a few of my trucks:rock:

he is referring to the scoop bein made functional....mopar cai by far a lot nicer piece than volant ...but both make the hood scoop functional ...but also increase under the hood temps not allowing the hot air to be pushed out through the scoop....

but volaint can be used as a ice box hodler ,,,,,you can stick almost half a bag in there around the filter

hey man, im not tryin to get in a pissin contest on a CAI,... im just tryin to help someone out with a nice CAI system for very little $$ for wat its worth

IMHO - the volant CAI is a GREAT system, and performs well....

and i really dont want to part with it but with my current mod list and by the end of the weekend there will be ne room under my hood for the intake...
