Negative. He is a supporting member.
Actually, it would change....
Negative. He is a supporting member.
I think the question should be posed to supporting members, do you want your title to be Viper Powered or not. I shouldn't have a say in what supporting members are titled or entitled to.
Not true. My useless ramblings add just as much gain to the forum as monetary donations.![]()
Actually......
monetary donations have nothing to do with it. It will only effect those that have 1500 posts or more (and there are a lot)
I have not voted at this point as I have mixed feelings. Those that have gained the right to display VIPER POWERED should be able to keep it. However we do want something for those that want to support the club (notice I said want). Right now this is just a question, and hopefully a constructive discussion. There are those that paid for lifetime memberships and those that were granted supporting member by Patrick or Jack.
We don't want to copy a label that is used on other forums and hopefully its one that makes sense with Viper Trucks. Caveman, although you thoughts are commendable, without facts they are really misleading.
Also
Supporting Member and VIPER TRUCK CLUB Member are two different things, (I just re read the OP), it should have said VIPER TRUCK Club Member not Supporting Member. We are new at this and we will make mistakes, so bear with us as we try and make this fair and hopefully make sense. You can be a supporting member and not be a club member. You can be a club member and it includes being a supporting member, a shirt and whatever else we can do. Each year that may change

I guess I don't understand why we want to change our name from Viper Truck Club of America to Viper Power.:dontknow::dontknow::dontknow:
We aren't changing the name from viper truck club of America, we are looking at giving due paying club members a designation that is SRT 10 related. The viper powered designation was previously reserved for members with over 1500 posts.
This is just stupid![]()
Ok! Why not just give them a Gold Star, like ViperJeff has a Red Star after his name. Just a thought!
Wait, what?Actually......
monetary donations have nothing to do with it. It will only effect those that have 1500 posts or more (and there are a lot)
