want twin turbos?

Ok fellas I've had alot of people Pm me on the twin set up lately.

I stopped at Underground in Charlotte NC today and this is what I come up with.

For a twin set up, with a "stock" engine you are looking at $30,000
Not sure on everything that is included , or Hp numbers ok.

For a twin set up with a built engine, from heads to bottom end looking at $40,000, which is the best deal, you are basically getting a deal on the engine.
I think it is a 522 stroker also, and making in the neighborhood of 1200rwhp.
Now this does NOT include any autos, the automatic WILL be more due to tranny upgrades.

If you are SERIOUSLY interested I can hook you up with the man, and it may even turn out cheaper , just depends on you options.

Time turn around also may vary, winter is best time, but their work is bar none from what I have seen.

This is not an advertisement for them , just answering questions I have been given.

Sounds like alot outnumbered, but when you factor in all the labor, the turbos, the individual fabrication(each vehicle is hand made,each one is different, not a kit) the fuel system, testing and tuning, and engine management, and other things, you definitly couldnt do it for $30,000.

Nope, more or less guaranteed a low 11 second truck that is actually reliable.

They are getting their drag car ready now for Bradenton in December and at present its producing 1980rwhp:rock:

I've been to their shop, so I have no doubt on the quality of their work. I just look back at what $20,000 - $25,000 can get you for a Ford; built motor, stage 2 heads and cams, absolutely bulletproof tranny (with 2 year warranty) Kenne Bell SC, headers, electric fans, basically the whole 9 yards, and a gauranteed 10 second truck that will not break!

But understandably, our SRT's are fewer in numbers, which consequently equates to higher priced aftermarket parts and fabrication. Guess I'm still suffering a little "sticker shock" with everything for these trucks.

Its a sickness boys....I have 50 in mine and I have a Paxton with Strikers and a built motor...I was gonna do twins but Stinkers Debacle scared me away.

I am currently fabricating a system that would allow 4 Tornado's to be installed in the air tube. For all of my efforts, $10,000 seems to be a reasonable price.
