Wanted: Partial Volant CAI (cheap)

Looking for a partial Volant CAI. I figured I would see if anyone has one laying around for whatever reason.

I am only looking for the uppermost piece, the piece that goes from the hood opening to the airbox. And I am looking for the coupler that connects that piece of piping to the airbox. That's the only parts I need, I don't need the box or anything else.

Anyone got anything? :dontknow: :burnout:

Eh . . . :dontknow: I'm not certain what a "fair" price is for it.

$25 - $30 shipped? :dontknow:

(It wouldn't make sense to separate an entire CAI. I was hoping someone had a partial kit for whatever reason and had the piece(s) I need in their garage/attic/under the pillow absorbing space.)

I did, yes.

I have an unmolested airbox as well. (incase I f*cked up on the one I cut said big hole into.)

Question, have you looked into the one that is attached to the hood from Mopar (I think). Big Asp has one on his truck and it looks a lot cleaner.

May not work with the airbox you have. It works with the K&N dropin

If I could find the pics to it, I would share. But I have no idea where I saved them.

I would actually take either one I suppose. I (think) the tubing is larger on the Volant as opposed to the Mopar. I was actually going to attempt to attach the Volant piece to the hood so that it is "out of sight" when the hood is up.

cool idea. but i cant let it go for that . it would probably cost me 10-20 for shipment cause its a little bulky. i know onj ebay its 225 upgrade for the scoop...i know iknow that a rediculis price to pa for a pice of plastic. but since im pretty much parting out the whole engine and accesories ( making way for my stroker and all new accesorries) ill let it go for 50 shipped or ill sell you the whole thing for 150 shipped. let me know
