Wanted: Stock Subwoofer

anyone have an old one they took out when they put in a bigger system?. I've searched far and wide for a replacement that would fit the stock box setup and have come up with nothing. otherwise does anyone the part number to order the sub from a dealership? or know a parts dealer that would ship the part to me? also I heard mention of a mopar kicker upgrade, what's that all about?

I know Roger(kickinassrt-10) put a JL Audio 10' sub in the factory sub box. Heard it the other day and it sounds good. I'm sure he'll chime in here soon.

i would have givin' ya my stock box that i threw out, but all the sub's i tried in it sounded like crap........ i had an audio shop friend of mine build me a replacement box out of wood & retain the stock look:

with that said, you couldn't find a 10" sub to fit the stock plastic box?? when i was testing mine, i didn't have any fit issues..... :dontknow:

Fit is not the issue, It's volume. The sub needs more room To pump air. :dontknow:

Fit is not the issue, It's volume. The sub needs more room To pump air. :dontknow:

the stock box size has plenty of room for a 10" to move air & mine in the wooden recreation sounds awesome.... :rock:

personally, you can make a better system with your own amp & sub with either the stock box for a stock look or have the stock sized box in wood made by someone who knows what they're doing for best sound...... :rock:
