Hey guys I need some help. On my 04 my windshield washer fluid pump wont engage when I press the button. It has plenty of fluid and I can feel that both plugs are plugged in and I also checked the fuse box but didnt see a dedicated fuse for that pump. Could anyone help me out on how to fix this. Do yall think maybe my pump at the reservoir went bad? It hasnt worked ever since I got the truck so im just now getting around to trying to fix the issue.

Start with checking to see if you have power to the pump. Use a volt meter while somebody else activates the switch

Off topic but is there a drain plug for this thing? I think the idiot dealer I bought mine from might have put coolant in there thinking it was a coolant reservoir.

Ive been meaning to get around and seeing how Im going to remove whats in there and flush it out.

There is no drain plug, removing the washer pump usually drains the majority of the fluid. However you may want to scrub the container as best you can to remove any coolant residue.

I appreciate all the input guys. I checked the power to the pump and had 12 volts so I pulled the pump and it was froze up. Got a new pump from oreillys and it works perfectly now. I was just more concerned that it may had been on a fuse somewhere but it ended up being very simple.
