well ill start off by saying i love where i live in central texas..but i have one problem as i wake up this after noon to go to work...i work as a motor man on an oil rig..just to let every one know..i love my job i really do but i went to bed this morning around 7am it was 60 degrees with the wind blowing...i wake up to 3 inch of snow on the ground again i love texas but.....i just hate being cold...anyway im bored an fixing to freeze tonight anyway yall have a good day lol

I hear that...This morning there was snow on the ground and wind chill of below 35 degrees in San Angelo, when only yesterday it was bright and sunny and about 60 degrees.:dontknow: It's been like this for the past couple weeks hot cold hot cold...rediculous.

Where abouts in Texas did you get the 3" of snow? That can't be a normal thing is it? When was the last time it snowed there?

the last time it snowed in north texas was 2 days ago here are pics from this afternoon.

got probably 4 inches today... just moved here. This is GREAT! Built a snowman with the girl and the kids an hour ago.

Yeah, what's up with the weather? When does it ever snow in Texas at all, let alone in March? It's actually not that bad outside, but since no one here knows what to do in the snow, the roads are jammed up with everyone freaking out. Just wait a day and it will be 70 again.

i live in hillsboro and its 45miles sounds or ftworth and 55 miles from dallas right on i35 my rig is over here close to weatherford....so im north west of ft worth a little...iv been meaning to make all the times yall go to ennis....the tracks only 30min from my house just havent had the truck togetjer when yall go yet lol

We just NEVER get to see a significant amount of snow down here in Houston. A drizzle of snow flurry MAYBE, :dontknow: but never any "shoveling the driveway" amount of snow.

the cool is no problem , just have to put on a few more layers and keep moving!! stairs and ladder climbing is awesome for generating heat. with alittle practice you can be a pro, and your beer will always be chilled!!! then ya'all can come up to one of our get togethers and survive :rock: :elefant:

You think things down there are crazy.... it was like 80, then snows the next day, then 70, and then 6 inches of snow today... that is CRAZY built one hell of a snow woman though :rock:

i work for Patterson UTI rig 489 its a desent size tripple......we have national stuff all over the place...every time we need somthing national bring it out...costs a pretty penny but its no my money lol
