.. Just read this post.. WTF? In a school zone? Through slolom cars? Red lights? Were you DWI too? I'm not even goint to comment. But jeez keep it on a back road like Sprayed Busa says. I do some bursts now and then but never ever on a block. Some kid runs out after a ball and you have instant road pizza.

Eddie, I think most realize this thread is a joke, but it was posted with malice. I think the original poster was trying to make a point about how everyone condemns street racing, but engages in it themselves. If I read the posts correctly most will admit to the occasional race or speeding, but if someone mentions that they raced, killed, or lost to another car on the street, they get frowned upon by the same guys who admit to the same, albeit not frequent behavior. ..Or something like that..lol

I don't street race, I don't drag race and usually refrain from frivolous arguments on the internet...until today.

Not to support or attack street racing or even those that disapprove, but my 2 cents is that you shouldn't be throwing rocks if you live in a glass house.

If you can honestly say you have never sped, or even driven "too fast for conditions" then by all means bust someone's chops for racing.

What's the difference between racing and speeding? You didn't speed as fast as some one raced? Well, what if I said I raced someone from a light to 55MPH in a posted 55 mile zone? Is that "street racing"? Morons will step out in front of you no matter what, so you can't solely base it on pedestrian safety. Or what if I accelerated moderately to 65 mph in a posted 55?
