Went to the track lastnight to practice my launch, and all I could say is my new slicks are awesome! Here are my 60ft times:

1. 1.877
2. 1.874
3. 1.854
4. 1.902

I encountered a minor problem at the track that I hadn't noticed until I was a the track. One of mounting bolts from the intercooler pump got loose and fell off, and pulled off the ground from the gromit. So I had to jerry rig it until I could get it fixed today.

After my last run the clutch really started smelling more than usual, and on the ride home I noticed that the engaging point was a little higher. Looks like I'll be getting a new clutch in the near future.

My first with the intercooler not cycling any water ran an 8.4 1/8 mile. The truck was pulling a bunch of timing due to the hot air going in. My second run got the pump working ran an 8.4 again but missed 3rd gear. I could have gotten a 8.0-8.1 that run everything had cooled down quite a bit while I was trying to get the pump working. The third run missed 2nd (yeah I know I'm gonna get shit for this one) I ran a 8.6. My last run off the night was my best 1/8 mile time with at 8.2, but my worst 60 ft go figure. It was really hot last night temp was 86 degrees with a bunch of humidity. I knew I wasn't gonna set any personal best E/T's or mph. I wanted to get some seat time was the slicks and get some launches under my belt with them. These tires hooked everytime no spinning of the line no matter what rpm I launched at. Started at 15 psi my first two runs then dropped to 13 psi on the tires that when I cut my best 60ft of 1.854. Next time I'm going to drop the tire psi to 11, and see how see responds.

All in all a good night

What Tires and what size ? Also wheel size ? I am assuming 16" something with shaved calipers...right?

impressive 60 foots w/ stock tires....The SRT GC does those kinds of times w/ the AWD.

Though it's a bit late, you are welcome to congratulate me as I managed similar 60's on the stock tires,,,, a couple of years ago.:D
