Actually I have to edit the above statement.

I don't think we have been overrun with idiots, but we have allowed a few to totally run amuk amoung us.

Have to admit that at times during the last few months I have given serious consideration to leaving also. But then there are still a number of people here that I really care about, and I'm not going to let a few flaming assholes drive me off. At least not yet.

I think that's an accurate appraisel of my feelings as well....

There's a select group here that are very supportive and of great quality. I enjoy their company immensely. That includes Viper Jeff.....

The folks with whom we don't associate will always exist..... It's not an issue of good or bad for me. It's one of likemindedness, that's all.....

I still have great love for many in this place. And it's with them that I interract. That makes this place more than worthwhile for me. I'm sure that there would be many more (people with whom) to share ideas. But, the overwhelming majority of members don't even post.....

Hell, our members spurn posting by the thousands. But, I digress.

I miss Mike being around to keep bone heads in place, He is also one of the best players on this forum. I respect him, With a few others in this house. Some do not post much anymore, And it's a damn shame. Some bone heads post far to much, That is also a damn shame.

On this whole debate... I agree with both Tim and my Hermano (Don )... Mikey is a fixture in this place, as many of us have been. The truth of the matter is, most of us don't own these trucks anymore. We've found FRIENDSHIP in this place, and that's what keeps up here. But, there are many new folks coming on board (because of "new" ownership) that benefit from this great forum. We (as the "old guard") have to tolerate and nurture these new folks to keep our little corner of the NET going. :dontknow: It's just a way of existence, IMO. :rock:
