Thanks, I paid for it yesterday and shipping so she should be here by the end of next week. Don't really have any bills now, I've taken care of most everything except for the monthly reaccuring necessities. Least I've got a lil something to play with at the track still...still got that big lightning meet at SGMP December 11th, Troy you and Pete better be there!!

What do you think the R/T would run? I can't blame you about somemore making you a sweet offer...especially if you made money off top! But I haven't talked to Pete about it or checked the thread to see if he could make it but I will try...its about 3.5 hours away from us....

Yeah it's a bit of a ride, bu we can get crazy in Valdosta after the track that night if you guys want ;)

As for the R/T, honestly even with the supercharger im thinkin I'll be lucky to see a high 13 with it. I'm gonna do some things over the next 6 months to make it a lil track monster (but still daily drivable). It might surprise me though, guy said it's already got a shift kit in it...
 
dang all that and just touching 13's.... i was thinking somewhere mids 13 range......im sure youll get it right mixed with some good driving Cody!

Haha we'll see, it's gonna be easy as driving an L for me now (automatic) :D
Probly gonna get all the parts I need for a 408 stroker over the next year then have my brother build it for me, the guys on the R/T forum are running over 400rwhp all motor with em, I'll do it forged so I can run more boost for the vortech, meanwhile I'll probly find a lil higher stall, and throw in some yukon 4:56's and some slicks and see how close to the 12's we can get before a build. Either way, I just wanna wax a lightning with you guys :rock:

And oh yeah, no more "sewing machine" sounds, boosted 360's sound pretty monstrous too ;):D

my cuz has the 360 r/t with the s/c on it and hes runing low 12's sec 1/4

That's awesome, Im sure it won't take much to be throwin some 12's. The owner says he just bought an SRT-8 charger and thermite Dakota is alot quicker until high speeds...all I need is an 1/8th mile for May :D

Yea I realy hate the sound of it....wish it sounded mean like my Hemi.... I need to get me a Vette...theres a guy that lives next to me with a C6 Z06 that just sounds mean!!

Ive actually bought just about all my vehicles out of state, this will be the first i didnt actually self inspect first, but ill have my 30 day window to make sure its legit...

if that is a real dakota R/T it already has 4:56 rearend in it ,,i had a 2000 r/t r/c that had 4:56 in them
