Ebay is best bet. Carmax will give you the bottom of the bottom kelly blue book no matter what condition its in, they only wanted to give me 14, for a C5 a year ago when i was thinking of tradeing it in, i told them to shuve it up there azz.

Dealers whey will lick there chops , dealers are hell themselfs and im convinced anyone associated with a dealer OR stealership is satan , they would rip off there own grandma, i understand everyone is out to make a dollar but they are not happy with a dollar they want it all.

My vette is just a plain jane vette though. At the time it was in good to excellent condition, with 82k miles and its a 99. Around here rarely do you see any C5, regardless of mileage or year sale for less then 18-20,,

If its a dealership expect to pay 22+,, so when they came back with 14, i laughed and said they were out of there mind and left. They lost a sale on a black rc srt-10 to, cause i was ready to buy that day.

Now carmax has great prices and i believe they are legit if your buying, but saleing to them i never will..

Anyhow back to Smokes post.

You may think about pulling off the STS turbo, since its a remote kit may not be to bad to uninstall, not sure ?, and sale it alone, may make more money that way.
