Would seem a RC with a decent driver on street tires, banging gears half way ok should see ETs in the low 13's and high 12s if things are hitting and hooking just right. I bet DR would get you deeper into the high 12s.
Not having run a RC down the track I would imagine the best mod you could do first would be to upgrade the shifter so you are not missing gears in the heat of battle. A missed shift could easily cost you your goldilocks time.
