when my truck is off, I will put into 2 gear and if it is on any type of incline it will roll, and not just a little. it will role all the way down the drive way. It has did it since I got it and have just been putting the emergency break on every time i get out of it.

I always use my emergency brake when parking!! Rolling while in gear I have not experienced but I will try and see if it does it next time out. They do have an electronic cut-out for reverse when running but I wouldn't think that would apply for second!!:dontknow: :dontknow:

no just second,,,,I was hoping it dont mean that my clutch is damaged

mine's done it first on an incline..... i just use the emergency/parking brake on my rc.....& i have had my clutch replaced recently...... haven't tested it since the new clutch, i just always use the brake.

I've been one to always use the P-brake. They engineered a drum brake into the hub of the rear disks for that sole purpose. Figure I might as well use it.

It did need a bit of a break in though. I noticed it slipping at first on steep grades. So I drove on it at 5MPH with the shoes just touching. They hold tight now with the slightest bit of pressure.

BTW, I have never resorted to calling it an emergency brake, because, in an emergency that's the last pedal you want to push.:ahhhhh:
