Sorry to vent, but I spent the weekend down in Wildwood, New Jersey for the boardwalk car show, its a pretty big event. There I was the only SRT in the place that I saw out of 2,500 cars. Now I can appreciate any car make or model, I am a car guy. I just so happen to own a SRT right now. So I am cruising along having a great time everybody is lined up along side the road enjoying everybodies cars. Then I come along side a punch a young Ford Lighting owners must of been 10 to 12 Lightings all lined up. Which I can appreciate, I am car guy. But for some unknown reason these punks have to rip off their shirts, jump around like the want to fight and yell numerous obsencities directed towards my truck and make a big scene. Listen each truck is bad ass. So lets appreciate what they are capable of doing on the road, they are both top of the line trucks. One has a bad ass manly 6spd with 500hp and other has a girly man automatic bitch stick. Man up boys next time you guys must have Napolean syndrome. Next year lets have better showing guys.

A lot of the Ligtning guys are pretty cool, some, are just morons

SRTDAD ya just hanging round th wrong crowd buddy, at our panama event we had one of the coolest ford guys around, alot of kidding went on, but all in all it was nothing but fun:rock:

those types are just young and dont have the respect of a nice vehicle.

it dont matter if its a ford, a chevy, a yugo, or toyota, if a man or woman puts there blood sweat and tears into a vehicle it should definilty be respected:rock:

You can allways tell how much respect a person has for something by a couple things,
they dont walk up and finger it to death,

they dont lean on your ride,

they dont go and snub there greasy nose on the window,

they dont ask ,"why the heck did ya do that?"

and they dont ever ask to sit in it or drive it..

if they do any of the above, ask them to make you a burger when they get back to work, or to pull in the shopping carts at wallmart when they clock in:argh:

I think we are all over looking this, it was in Jersey, they probably had a shortage of steroids which would be expressed by ripping off their shirts like above mentioned?

I wouldn't associate myself with anyone who would act like that, even if they had the baddest ride around, that doesn't negate the fact that they're still a douchebox.

It's like everything when it comes to people, you will always find good, and bad.
Enjoy the good ones, and ignore the bad ones.

Bill.

Why would you take your shirt off at a car show? Not gonna make your ride go any faster:dontknow: Sounds like a bunch of guidos.

I remember taking a pretty good beating in here when I had ole speedbump:dontknow:

I go over their site once in a while b/c i got a friend on there....
most are pretty cool, but some make crazy claims like getting low 12's on just a tune or 7's in the 1/8..but yet our trucks can't do this with the same and we have bigger displacement and are the fastest American muscle truck to date!
just doesn't add up to me:dontknow:
