What size lowering blocks

I'm ready to lower the rear of the truck. what size blocks do I need for this, 2 inch ?? I seen the kit from stinker and ready to order.

2 inch is the norm. 1 inch in the front. You can go further, does not ride as well.

ok cool. I will order them tomorrow, Also can you just buy the lowering springs for the front of the truck???? Or do you have to order the whole kit. Would like to lower the back 3 inches and front 2 inches.
