took my truck down today to see what the trade in value would be ,,,,with 12000 miles and perfect condition they offered me 26000.00

what a crock of shit.... so yall are stuck with me for a long time.

just thought I could free up some bills and put the money into my track car. but I guess i will keep on smoking people on the street too.

You'd be much better off selling it out right unless your gonna trade it in. Most stealerships won't give you full value for it, they want to buy it cheap and sell it for top dollar to turn a big profit. But that's nothing new. Did you check the KBB for its acutal value? There is a website, sorry don't remember it at this moment, that will give you market value like KBB would.
And why would you want to leave the insanity anyway?

I just bought a z28 that I am building for the track ,,And I also have a jeep. I was thinking about trading the truck and the jeep just to cut some of my payments down to put more money into my track car.

When I traded mine on my Viper earlier this year, they initially offered me 22K for it! We ended up at $26.5K on trade. When you figure how much that saved my on taxes as well, I was satisfied. Mine had 8,500 miles at the time.
