GThat truck is like 25 miles from me..even closer from work..maybe I will give em a call to see whats up.....
 
salesmen are fun to listen to..I looked at a couple trucks over the w/e..one place in Jersey, the guy gives me a ten minute spiel about the worlds fastest production truck..I nod and ooo and aah in the appropriate places..He asksm Have you ever seen one of these trucks before?..I say, well, I did have one in my driveway for a couple years, and there was the time 10 of em showed up at the house, and the 18 or so I ran into in Indiana..He says Oh..why did you let me ramble on about the truck then?..Just to see how honest you were...lol

Ha Ha, thats great....I try to avoid car salesman at all costs. They just can not bring themselves to be honest. But maybee there are some. I bought my truck private party, and every other vehicle I have.:D

The manifolds are awfully rusty for 8400 miles. Is there some way to change the mileage reading with the computer?

Man, I would'nt think so but you never know with dudes like this....maybee they did the old drive in reverse trick:D

Went to ...crap..dont remember the name....it was close to where Rt 22 and 206 meet...right near 287..An Acura dealer..They had 2 05 RCs...one black, one red...and a GC SRT8 in silver..I walked around for 45 mins and not one person said boo to me,,I just left....The other place was on Rt 10..right near where 287 and Rt 80 meet..Warnock Dodge I think it was..3 Vipers, 2 SRT Challengers, an 04 RC, an 05 RC, an 06 QC....The 2 RCs were ok, but at 25k and 27k, they were overpriced..You shoulda seen the inside of the rims..black as coal..I said to the salesman,,dont you think you should clean those?...lol
 
If you change the computer in these trucks, COULD it be possible to reset the odometer? Like getting a used pcm and getting a tune put in it? I would never think about doing anything like that, BUT, is it possible? Just from a buyers standpoint, should that be something to check on when purchasing a 10 especially on ebay?
I know that mine has an updated flash from the dealer with a verification sticker over the origonal one.
 
If JH has his name on it...... I'd trust nothing about any of the claims....
