Hey guys Could anyone tell me if they have had any problems with there truck motor or tranny or electrical related...The 3 year warranty is up and im wondering if i should buy an extended warranty...Are the cost of repairs for our trucks are ridiculous or what...I got my truck 2 weeks ago 04 SRT 10 with 8000 km only...I said to myself that new like that no problem...I looked into it today for a warranty coverage and they broke it down in 2 sections.(Gold Plan)powertrain & tranny 4 yrs-80000km $3745.00...(Gold Plan Plus)powertrain & tranny & electrical complete 4 yrs-8000km $4705.00...Could someone please help me decide on what to do...I drive 5000-8000 km a year with the truck...I store it in winter...Thanks 04 SRT 10 BOB :dontknow:

Now this is just my opinion.
I don't believe in extended warranties. To me it's the same as gambling, and I don't gamble.
The other issue is that if you are planning on doing any modifications to your truck, you may end up voiding the warranty anyway.
Just something to think about.
