what was really wrong with my dog

talked my mom into taking my dogs for the summer until work slows back down for winter, 6 months. she got her to the vet. all it was, was a broken nail. nails got clipped, all better. they went for a 4 mile walk today, she is miffed how they walk 4 miles and wait until they get to the litterbox to pee. well at least one of them. the other is in heat and pee's every 5 min... thought perhaps someone cared about the dogs, and was not just grabbing a chance to badmouth me. when i get home in the next week or so the house will seem empty... guess i should just go to mother's house when i get back.....

so am i. cost me a bottle of grand patron too...... now i can work without worrying about how they are, and if i dont want my paycheck i would not even have to go home.

yeppers, with a kid like me, who wouldn't? i tried to get her to take the snow queen vodka, but she says it f's up her stomach.... glad she didn't take my scotch...

got to update this.....

about a month ago now i took them in and velma has lyme.
the treatment is basically a yearly vaccine. they gave it to her and she is back to 100% got it for both of them, just in case. been letting them run in the field now a lot more after the shot.

before the shot she was limping again, so i knew i had to take her in, i went in knowing she had it, they still tested her. a heartworm test is done to see if she has lyme, kinda weird...
