What would you do???

Is the Methanol injection a must have. How quickly is it used? Isnt it used for cooling?

Ummm......Yea I am speaking about the Roe superchager

You must have the Meth injection to run the Roe. I guess you could engineer and have someone build an intercooler to work, but the Roe is engineered and designed to have meth injection...it is only a few hundred dollars and is not complex. The methanol is just windshield washer fluid...methanol is what keeps it from freezing in the winter. It goes in your windshield washer reservoir, hell what you have in there now will probably work. It is a pump, that is activated by the VEC III and the methanol is injected in the throttle body via a small hose to a nossel (sp?). The only other piece is the pump, it mounts on the fender wall next to the fuse box. Oh, there is also a LED that is put in the cab to let you know when the meth is being injected, and a test button that goes on the fender to the right of the battery.

You mush have it. If not, under boost.....

BOOM!

Yikes, that is kind of scary. When you fill up the resevoir how long does it last?

You can run at the drag strip all day on one fill easy. In ordinary driving I add maybe a gallon ($1.99 at Advance Auto, or NAPA) every three months...and you can still wash your windshield with it if you want...I won't drive mine in the rain so I never do but the stuff is for windshield wiping!

Lots of people think meth injection is rocket science...not true...it is absolutely necessary as is an intercooler with a Paxton or Turbos...I do not know of anyone that has tried an intercooler with a Roe...but I have thought about having someone do it for me...so far just thinking...

Container and injection point on the front of the air filter...I think the new Roe's have a port in the top of the throttle body...

Cool, thanks I didnt know if this was somehting that I had to fill up every day but it seems that it does not use that much at all. thanks.
