The dealer that I work for has a mobile interior repair guy that comes by once or twice a week. Some of the stuff that I have seen put back to new was way worse than your picture. A good shop should be able to dye that area, the only tuff thing is going to be avoiding the stitching. That would be the route I would go though as my brother tried one of those DIY dye kits and it looked like major poop.

I agree, most dealers have interior guys that'll fix that up for you. Contact the used car manager of your local dealer and he can steer you in the right direction.
