Whats it gonna take...

Where are you at now? Lose the spare tire tailgate. get the above mentioned and you will be there.

You can always do the driver mod. If you drive it like you want to break it you'll hit 12.7 stock. It's been done by a Clear Lake (Houston) TX. member here years ago but since sold his silver RC. I've never seen another driver like him.

you clearly havn't seen me go down the track yet :D

Remember that track elevation/DA is going to play a major role....run on a track with a negative DA and you might get high 12s w/o any mods....on the other hand a track with a DA of 6500' you may need more than the above mentioned mods...........this is probably the #1 or maybe #2 reason after driver ability that you see so much variance in track times for stock/lightly modded trucks.

what part of texas are you in? i run out at academy and all you need is the tires and you'll be consistanly in the 12's in cooler weather. I went 12.34@110 with slicks and whats in my sig and i did it at the track here in academy

west central san angelo to be exact shity track here huge bump 200 feet down oh well I wanna be one of a dozen trucks here in the 12s thats why im asking thx

yeah san angelo is a little higher elevation too, i'd start with getting rid of the cats, tires, and a shifter that should get you there if not you'll be really close
