what's the best plug 2 use

i have installed 150 shoot of nos now i have to change my sparkplugs which are the best cold plug to use and what size should i gap them.

ngk iridium dont know about the gap. maybe bone will chime in.

What are your mods? What gas are you running? etc. etc.
