What's this called / where to get it?

These are the clips that hold on my grill. They are rusting and look crappy and I want to replace them. Something in stainless would be best. The grill was done by Xmetal I'm told but they don't seem to be around any more.

I have been to numerous hardware stores and no one has ever seen this clip.

Any ideas on what it's called or where to get?

its not done by xmetal, but street scene grills, you can get them from them or at some local parts stores.

Ive seen them at Lowes in the bins of specialty stuff
