I just bought a 2004 RC with a fresh tranny rebuild drove it for 3 hours until it broke and has been in the shop for about 2 months.
(I make really bad financial decisions!)
Scott from V1R has been a massive help to find all the parts I need. Hopefully she should be back on the road soon.
She's a little rough around the edges but got a really, really good deal on her so treating her as a bit of a project. Scariest thing I've driven so far, but really addictive, I'm itching to get her back from the shop.
Seems to be some really good advice on VTCOA and everyone seems really friendly, look forwards to dealing with more of you in the future!
1 quick question, I'm a student and only work part time, so I never have a lot of cash. ALL my cash goes on my trucks, (I also own a '12 Ford Raptor) so I tend to do a lot of the work to them myself, but I was wondering why the DIY section of this Forum is for supporting members only, is there a way I can access it?
