u guys think it would be a big time difference in 16s with slicks or 18s bogarta with drag radials in the quarter my truck is only like 550 hp

I don't think the drag radials in an 18" are tall enough or wide enough for your amount of horsepower. I have 502 RWHP and I struggle for traction with the M&H 390 - 40- 17 Drag radial which is 29.5" tall and I almost hit the rev limiter in the lights with 4.56 gears in a 2004 RC. The 18" drag radials that M&H offer are only 28" tall and only up to a 345 in width. I say go with the 390-40-17 or a full slick.
