i had to replace my front wheel bearing in my 05 srt-10 quad cab today,after 60000 miles,was easy fortunately,kinda pricey for the part $180.00,took bout an hour to replace without air tools,still my quad cab is much more reliable than my 06 rc which has broke three times now since jan

If you bought this at a dealer, you may want to try a local bearing supply house. There are a few in my area that specialize in American as well as metric sizes, too. You may get a better price on it.

Our vendors here on the site can probably get you a better deal than a dealership :dontknow:

i'm pretty sure its a dealer only item, i could be wrong,even my mechanics both told me to get the dealer one even if there was an aftermarket one available though,both said the aftermarket ones were iffy,i used my mechanics account with dodge ,that was the wholesale price,retail was $295.00 from the first dealer i called,also its one piece with a sensor attached as well,

Is the bearing for our trucks unique to the SRT-10 or do the regular Ram 4x2's use the same front wheel bearing?

well they only had on in stock:dontknow: ,but with that big ass tire attached to the bearing u would think so
