Spent some time going through old threads on wheels to fit our trucks when running the 390/40/17 DR. Seems that everone is running alloys but I have found a company that will make a steel wheel for about the same price which I think will look better than mismatching alloys. So their question is what do I want for a backspace. Seems that in the alloys its 4.5 I am lowered but I dont think that will be a issue. Any ideas on back space.

Pm fastjack he has the info I believe.

OE is 6" backspacing, you can use that on the D/R's and the tires will be under the wheelwell like they are supposed to be. When they stick out like the aftermarket wheels they will throw crap all over your truck.

If you can get a good deal on these they would be great for our trucks. ALL of the aftermarket wheels cause the tires to stick outside the fenderwell which makes a hell of a mess on the truck. Also the tires call for a 10 to 12" wheel with the 12" being preferred. I would like to see a set mounted on a 12" wheel with 6" inside and 6" outside, I think they would fit under the wheelwell and be the ideal width for the tire.
