Wheels & Tires Stolen. Help!!!!!!

Question, since the where one off's, how much did they cost?

Glad they will cover your wheels...most insurance companies will cover it only up to 2k (from what I have researched). I went with Grundy because the HRE's were way over the 2k mark (10k w/ tires)

Glad to see they are going to cover it. StateFarm and Farmers are good companies....

Damn shame George, and I hope they find the POS that took them. As stated...could have been the whole truck.
Hang in there.

It was a pro... or someone from the place you bought the wheels/tires from.

It's a damn shame. They certainly didn't last long on your truck. :(

Been to Miami, Fl. once back in the summer of 1990 when I was 18. I was there for only about an hour. I drove in from West Palm Beach in my white IROC-Z28 with front and back black out kits as well as the (back then) widely used nose cover, bra, whatever... I pulled up directly infront of a corner store in a prodominately Dominican neighborhood just to dip inside and grab a bag of chips and a Pepsi. I thought I was safe since I am Dominican and from the streets of NYC. Mind you, I was in there for no longer than 5 minutes. When I emerged from the store I immediately discovered that all the blackouts were gone as well as the nose cover. I guess given a little more time the entire car would have been missing. I was soooo pissed that I just drove back to West Palm Beach without looking back.

What I'm saying is I feel your pain bro. I cannot stand it when someone's ride gets jacked with after the money, time and effort is put in getting it how you want. Working for your money isn't easy and this just messed up my whole day. I hope your wheels are found soon since they are very rare.

I did not see if it was asked or answered, If so sorry.

Did you have a alarm on truck?

I know "everyone" thinks they don't help but???:dontknow:

Just returned home and saw the pix.Glad to hear they didn,t do any damage to truck. It could of been alot worse. At least you got the stockers to put back on till you get new wheels.

State Farm settled the claim in 48 hours. They paid they full amount. I can't say enough about their response and customer service.

In reponse, no the truck does not have an afermarket alarm. It will be added over the next couple of days. Something really high tech. If they decide to come again after the replacements, I think the whole county will know this time.

Thanks for everyones support and keep a look out for those wheels. Hopefully we can catch the bastards and avoid somebody else from going thru the same thing.
