go CLIIICK , CLIIICK, CLICKKK etc etc etc for a minute in a rotary sound until it stops???? Are the fan bearings replaceable?

They are not but honestly haven't had many go out. They're usually pretty bulletproof. I really wouldn't be concerned with it unless you don't see/hear it moving obviously. :rock:
