Where in SFV can I get a NOS refill?

The place I used to go to no longer refills bottles. (4 wheel parts)

google searching for an hour has turned up one place in Huntington beach.... kinda far!

Have you tried calling local performance shops and just asking if they know where to get a refill?
They might know of a small shop nearby that does.

"Q: Where can I get my bottle refilled?

A: Simply call 1-800-99-REFILL for the location of the nearest NOS dealer with refilling capabilities."
