Where to get this badge

I found this while looking through the garage photos, it was on another members truck. Where can a badge like this be found, and how do I find my production number? I have a 2004, and this would be a nice addition to the interior.

I believe it was "J" that did them up for a bunch of us.

Mine came with one, yours should have too...hopefully its not a poser truck...that's one way to tell its not a (real) srt-10...

Thanks all for the info, I have registered my truck with "J" on the viper registry, and awaiting my build date, then will order my certificate and dash badge.
