where to get tuned?

I live in MA, wheres the best/ whos the best to get my truck tuned?

Torrie, Unleashed performance. Get a dyno with A/F Graph, Email it to torrie, he will write a tune, and email it back to you. Load it, Run again, and repeat. He can usually get the thing pretty well dialed in... in 2-3 pulls. Not much more improvement for in person dyno tune over that, and really not needed unless needed for safety for boosted or spray.

I had my CE tuned by Unleashed Tuning (Torrie) and my 04 by DC.

I think Torrie at Unleashed Tuning is better. But thats just me.

in my opinion, you should find a good dyno shop around your area, perfer a shop that specs in american cars and trucks (not a rice shop). that way they will dyno tune it instead of some guy remotely writing your tunes and not actually having it on a dyno.
