White 2006 RC?!

I just found this on YouTube. It appears to be an all white 2006 model RC.

Judging by the language spoken - it's in another country. Why the phuck didn't Dodge release ALL the colors in the US market in 2006???! So far we've found a silver 06, a bright red 06, and this white one. I'd love to have this white one!!! ROOL:

According to the 06 production list posted here (accuracy?) no white 10's made in 06. Did they manufacturer a white version? Looking the video it looked like a 10, wheels, front end, etc. Maybe it was repainted?

I saw another vid of a white 06 in Mexico too. The guy has about 3 vids of his truck. Did not appear to be a repaint. If it was they did not go the cheap route on it.
