Its a new type of chroming process there was a guy on the board that had perma-star do his wheels, but i think he sold his truck. Check into it they do nice work.

Jack is correct, it is totally different than chrome. I had my wheels done and absolutely love them. Depending on what kind of pipe you need done, this might be a really good option for you. If it's for an exhaust system, I don't know how much heat the coating would stand up to, you'd have to ask them. Contact Goodrich Technolgies on the left coast they can help you.

Permastar is a powder coating process. I had my rims done by them. Overall quality.......... sub par for the cost in my opinion. Your center caps will not go through the permastar process because they are plastic. But they will paint them the same color. And because they paint them the same color. It will peel and flake off. So if you do your SRT rims buy the billit snake center caps first. Other than that. I did not get the warm fuzzy feeling from this company after a few minor issues. And I live 45 min from them. I would not recommend them. I would look somewhere else.
